A string of events took place for the past few days. Hence, i had no time to upload. Attended a CE talk after school and i was inspired and motivated to start venturing into web media. The rationale is as follows. A random guy from the floor asked the successful entrepreneur what can we, as young adults, do to start a business while still schooling and have little funds? His answer was short and sweet. Internet business. He further elaborated about it. Basically it means having a web and start doing funny things in it. Take for instance; BLOGGER. You can create an account and start posting anything that you like. But of course, there are strings attached. Dont violate the law in whatever things that you are about to do. Cause he told us of this story about his friend then started his business through blogger and one day, his webpage had a BIG HIT(10,000 visitors). GOOGLE was attracted by it and paid him to advertise google's advertisement in his blog. Maintaining a blog is easy. You dont have to necessarily be there. You just have to connect to the internet world and thats it! Only once in awhile you log in and update interesting post and check the number of views in your homepage. Unlike other business which requires your presence to be there. So im still contemplating. This is my 497th post btw =p

2 days back i had dinner with dad alone at bukit timah as the other members were out of reach. Chit chatted while eating and i can see that he really wants me to pursue my dream to be a commercial pilot. He kept stressing the SYFC thingy and wanting me to join as a head start for my future career. Hopefully. So im gonna give my best shot in this science examination and after passing (hopefully) enrol straight to SYFC and spread my wingssssss. I dont wish to disappoint him further. Ive disappointed him enough for o lvl. That's why i ended up in Singapore's youngest polytechnic. But i guess it is a blessing in disguise. Im starting to adapt to its PBL after a semester has past. LOL.

I guessed there is a reason behind my failing of sci in o lvl. I realised one thing. I compare myself and my friends who cleared it one shot. During semster break, they became wild and partied all night long and i was cooped up at home mugging for sci o lvl. I guessed this shows that i am disciplined and my locus of control from within is high. Meaning i am not easily influenced by peer pressures and other external factors. Thank god =D I could see the differences with the aid of my naked eye. Even if i go out at night, most to most is for exercising; long distance night cycling. If you do something good outside, your parents will easily trust you cause they know your pattern. BUT if the trust is broken, its like a bridge... it takes a long time to 'repair' and gained back the trust. So friends, choose whatever that yo are about to do wisely. If you do something for a good cause, may god be with you. If vice-versa, you know i know we know god knows =D Thank god =D
